DD50/2 CNC Horizontal Double-Spindle Deep Hole High-Speed Hydraulic Drilling Machine

This high-performance equipment is mainly composed of a longitudinal sliding table, vertical column sliding table, double-spindle feed sliding table, worktable and bending plate, hydraulic system, cooling system, automatic lubrication system, electrical system, and chip conveyor.

The DD50/2 is specifically designed for processing holes on tube plates for shell and tube heat exchangers used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, thermal power station, and nuclear industries. It supports a maximum workpiece diameter of φ4000mm (with 180° turn) and a maximum drilling depth of 750mm.
