Vertical CNC Milling Machine Center VMC CX-640/T6/T600
The CX-640 vertical drilling and tapping center is a high-speed machine tool specially designed for the parts processing industry. It meets high-speed drilling, tapping, and milling requirements, particularly for IT and automotive component manufacturing. The machine features excellent rigidity, a symmetrical structure, rapid dynamic response, and high precision stability.
High-Speed Servo Tool Magazine: Equipped with a 21T flying saucer type BT30 tool magazine. Features accurate positioning and servo linkage tool changes. Tool-to-tool exchange time is only 0.8 seconds.
Advanced Control System: Standard configuration features the latest high-speed bus system. Options for Mitsubishi or Fanuc systems are available to meet complex four-axis linkage requirements.
To ensure absolute machine accuracy, every joint surface is manually scraped. We conduct rigorous horizontal and vertical testing along with specialized laser inspections.
