It applies rubber coated roller and steel push roller revolve to cover the liquid paint on board surface precisely and circularly, which without any paint waste and environmentally friendly.
The system is able to coat thin even paint film in one pass, synthetical adjusting the height, speed, tight of rollers and belt. Customized clockwise or anticlockwise revolving can easily get different paint film thickness in flexibility range. Equipped with different kinds of rubber roller, it is suitable for UV, PU, WB or NC paint, etc.
