Yes. We offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos to keep you updated on the progress.
How can you ensure the quality?
We have a dedicated QC department to control quality from the beginning of production until the goods are finished. A quality inspection report is sent with each batch.
If you make poor quality goods, will you refund our fund?
We do not take chances with poor quality. Our goal is excellence, and we will provide a refund if the quality does not meet the agreed specifications.
